Global NRG Advisory announces North American Expansion

Global NRG Advisory LLC, a New York based RNG advisory company, is delighted to announce two new services it is adding to its existing portfolio.
Firstly, for entities and investors Global has launched its Market Entry Services. Utilising the experience and skills of our colleagues, Global can help companies that are looking to enter the North American RNG market with strategy, resourcing, company formation and support services.
The second service added is our Pre-Development Service. Starting with a cluster of projects across Mid-Western USA Global will develop projects to a “shovel-ready” status including technology tendering, land, off take and permitting. This allows investors to purchase projects “off the shelf” and minimise the time it takes to reach revenue generation.

Global NRG Advisory and Organix Energy Inc. announce multi-project
financing agreement.
London, United Kingdom – April 6, 2023; Global NRG Advisory Limited (Global) and Organix Energy Inc. (Organix) are pleased to announce they have signed a 7-year financing agreement that will see Global advise on the funding of Organix’s pipeline of 10 Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG”) projects in Western Canada.
The first project in BC will process up the dairy manure of 10,000 cows to produce pipeline-quality RNG, and carbon dioxide captured from the process. It is anticipated that the new plant will generate up to 227,500 MMBTU of renewable gas into the local network under a long-term contract. It is envisaged that the Rosedale anaerobic digestion (“AD”) facility is one of a number to be developed by Organix across Canada. Global and Organix have collectively put forth a strategy to reach the wide-ranging opportunity for low-carbon RNG while providing a solution towards GFG emissions from the organic waste producers in Canada including dairy, hog, poultry and cattle ranches. The Canadian government have set ambitious targets to support extensive large-scale AD to RNG projects. Both Organix and Global are aligned towards supporting the Canada Net Zero by 2050 goal.

Global NRG Advisory and Matter Global Solutions announce 7-year financing
agreement.
London, United Kingdom – March 10, 2023; Global NRG Advisory Limited (Global) and Matter Global Solutions Inc (Matter) are pleased to announce they have signed a 7-year financing agreement that will see Global advise on the funding of Matter’s pipeline until 2030 starting with their Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG”) facility in Clayhurst, British Columbia, Canada.
The first project will process up to 60,000 tonnes per year of agricultural waste and resource materials to produce pipeline-quality RNG, carbon dioxide captured from soil enhancing biochar and value added digestate. It is anticipated that the new plant will produce up to 250,000 GJ of renewable gas into the local network under a long-term contract. It is envisaged that the Clayhurst anaerobic digestion (“AD”) facility is one of a number to be developed by Matter across British Columbia and Alberta, Canada and the United States.
Global and Matter have collectively put forth a strategy to reach the wide-ranging opportunity for low-carbon RNG while providing a solution platform for regenerative farming and carbon sequestration. Both the Canadian and US have set ambitious targets to support extensive large-scale AD to RNG projects.
